Aluminum soda can tabs and UPC labels from Kimberly-Clark products support the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House.

Campbell's labels support Washington Elementary School.

Food Bank donations support Boyertown Area Multi Services, Good Shepherd Home, Lutheran Churches of the Philadelphia Area, Pennsburg Open-Line, Pottstown Cluster of Religious Communities, and the Salvation Army.

Redner's receipts (when used with a Save-A-Tape card) support Boyertown Area Multi Service.

Layette Kits for 2010: Social Ministry has again decided to do Layette Kits for Lutheran World Relief. After preparing 105 kits last year, we know people in Niantic love to buy baby clothes! Since this project has been such a success the last few years, we decided to repeat it again this year. Just as a reminder, the following items are needed for each kit:

Two shirts or Onesies, Two gowns or sleepers, Two receiving blankets, Four cloth diapers, (flat fold preferred), One sweater or sweatshirt, Two washcloths, Two diaper pins, One 4-5 oz bar of gentle soap. Wrap the items in a receiving blanket and secure with the diaper pins. You may also donate single items and social ministry will assemble the kits.
