Gifts from the Homefront
During Vacation Bible School, we will
be collecting items to send to our Troops. Children are asked to bring, if
able, an item from the list below during Vacation Bible School, which will
be held from July 20 – 24. Donations are currently being accepted. Please
place your donations in the box in the parlor. Thank you.
Items needed to send to our Troops include:
Socks, DVD’s – these can be either TV shows that you have recorded and
finalized, OR purchased movies, Magazines – NEW or VERY recent issues only
please! Sports, hunting etc., Books – NEW Christian books preferably, Phone
cards – prepaid, Snack items – individual serving size – snacks, gum, mints
etc. (NO chocolate), and Monetary Donations – checks should be made payable
to Christ Lutheran Church w/note in memo: GFH Ministry
